HOMELESSNESS
CRIMINAL JUSTICE REFORM limited to–
DEATH PENALTY REFORM
JUVENILE JUSTICE REFORM
GLOBAL WARMING
(this program is much smaller than the other two)
THE BUTLER FAMILY FUND DOES NOT ACCEPT UNSOLICITED PROPOSALS.
